Clean buildings tax credit

Eligible corporations, individuals, and trusts in British Columbia receive a refundable income tax credit for qualifying retrofits that improve the energy efficiency of commercial and multi-unit residential buildings. The credit equals five percent of qualifying expenditures paid for the retrofit.
