Upgrades are installed at no cost. Comprehensive support (insulation, appliances, heat pumps) has income limits from $48,220 for one person to $127,576 for seven or more; free energy-saving kits go up to $174,983. Receiving ODSP, Ontario Works or OESP also qualifies.
